At Darwin Clayton we pride ourselves on our professional broking service and customer care. At no time is this more important than if you are unfortunate enough to be involved in an incident that may give rise to a claim.

In this event our services are at your disposal and we will do whatever we can to assist you in achieving as positive an outcome as we can.

It is imperative that you notify Darwin Clayton of any incident that may give rise to a claim immediately. Any delay in notifying your Insurers could prejudice theirs and your position and could possibly lead to your Insurers refusing to deal with the claim. Darwin Clayton are very much aware of the need to get claims resolved as quickly as possible and do our best to support you in what will inevitably be a trying situation. The following information may be of assistance to you.

Motor Insurance

We run an excellent Helpline that is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days in a year. The local rate number is 0845 241 2771.

Liabilities

Report any incident that may give rise to a claim including any injury, disease to employees or third parties or damage to third party property. Any letters on claims should be passed to Darwin Clayton immediately.

Property

Your policy may include an emergency assistance contact number for incidents out of business hours, please notify Darwin Clayton of any incident as soon as possible.
